Agreement and eligibility

By using Stillpoint, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. These terms are between you and Ruvindi Hulangamuwa, at Gipskruidweg 28, Almere, 1313CT, Netherlands. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Self-help, not healthcare

Stillpoint offers general self-help and attention-regulation exercises. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or a clinician–patient relationship. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for qualified professional care.

Stop an exercise if it feels uncomfortable or makes things worse. Seek advice from a qualified professional for questions about your physical or mental health.

Not an emergency service

Stillpoint does not monitor your activity and cannot respond to an emergency. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. Do not rely on the app, this website, or support email for urgent help. See our support page for crisis-resource guidance.

Using the service

You may use Stillpoint for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its distribution systems.

Availability and updates

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Stillpoint dependable, but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every person or situation.

Ownership

Stillpoint, its design, written content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Stillpoint is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
