These terms describe the attention-boundary tools we provide and the limits of relying on them.

Agreement and eligibility
By using Attention Worthy, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. These terms are between you and Ruvindi Hulangamuwa, at Gipskruidweg 28, Almere, 1313CT, Netherlands. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
What the app does
Attention Worthy lets you create optional Screen Time boundaries for apps, categories, or websites you select. It can present a custom shield, allow temporary access, schedule a local notification, and offer a short feed-exit flow. You choose every boundary before it begins. Firm boundaries can be paused, changed, or removed in the app. During a confirmed 14-day Lockdown, weakening, selection, schedule, and deactivation controls remain frozen in the app until the displayed end. You can still revoke Screen Time permission or remove the app in iOS; doing so stops enforcement.
Not guaranteed enforcement
Attention Worthy is an intention aid, not a security control, parental-control service, or guaranteed lockout. Apple controls the underlying Screen Time frameworks. Operating-system limits, permissions, schedules, device state, bugs, or updates may delay or prevent a shield or notification. Do not rely on the app for safety, legal compliance, supervision, or any situation where access must be blocked.
Using the service
You may use Attention Worthy for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its distribution systems.
Availability and updates
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Attention Worthy dependable, but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every person or situation.
Ownership
Attention Worthy, its design, written content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Attention Worthy is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
